ALW YAG lasers

  • The standard welding laser machine for material deposit and  welding in mould repair and tool manufacturing.

  • The 3-axis positioning system (4th axis optional) allows a controlled movement of tools up to 350 kg underneath the laser beam.

  • The working angle of the laser beam can be set individually. The ergonomics of this machine ensures a relaxed working position.

  • PC control software to automate small batch production.

  • CPC (Constant Power Control) offers a more efficient absorption of the laser energy by the material. Improved welding especially of aluminium and nitride steels.

  • Bottom plate with foot-switch is adjustable in height.

  • Application: Mould and tool manufacturing, thin sheet processing, medical technology, sensor production.
