Custom Welding Lathe for pressure vessels and boilers

Weldlogic Europe were engaged to design and manufacture a custom welding lathe for welding pressure vessels and boilers used within the catering industry.

Parts that were traditionally welded manually which were time consuming and often needed extensive rework are now welded fully automatically with no reworks at significantly reduced cost to the customer.

The custom lathe operated by a single operator comprises Welding Lathe, Arc Distance Control , Wire Feed, Welding Power Supply and Control Cabinet, from the control cabinet the operator selects the appropriate weld schedule of the part to be welded, and welding will begin from the start button mounted on the control panel.

The machine is easy to use and can be adapted for many other applications throughout the metal fabrication industry.
