Custom fully automatic Rotary Linear Welding Station.

A leading advanced metal processing engineering company engaged Weldlogic Europe to design and manufacture a custom Rotary Linear welding station.

The system comprising of water-cooled variable position Rotary Head Stock , Linear Column and Boom, Arc Distance Control, Wire Feed ,600-amp Welding Power Supply and control system.

Linear welding was carried out in the horizonal position using the Linear Column and Boom after which the welding system automatically positioned itself for vertical welding using the Rotary Headstock, stored weld procedures for each weld sequence were simply selected by the operator from the control cabinet.

These high value parts which were welded manually and difficult for the welder due to the high current and heat involved are now welded fully automatically, with reduced risk to the welder at reduced cost for the customer.
