Fully automatic welding machines for the manufacture of high quality Hot Water Cylinders

With the ever increasing demand for eco-friendly products with improved quality at reduced cost Weldlogic Europe Ltd have recently installed two fully automatic welding machines for the manufacture of high quality high production Hot Water Cylinders.

The cylinders, made from Duplex stainless steel, giving maximum strength and enhanced corrosion resistance are welded on a custom precision lathe.

The cylinders which comprise of a centre body and two end caps is autogenously welded on the precision welding lathe, on which two Plasma Torches are mounted maximising production.

Enhanced weld quality is achieved at reduced cost making this an eco- friendly product.
